TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury intends to pass an amending by-law to remove a holding symbol from Zoning By-law 2010-050, as amended.

he lands to which the proposed by-law applies are located in Part of Block B on Plan 1645; being Parts 2 to 4 on Plan 51R-10976, municipally known as 12 Industrial Court (See location map below).

The effect of the removal of the Holding (H2) symbol from By-law 2010-050, as amended, is that the lands will be zoned General Employment “M1" Zone thereby permitting an expansion to the existing industrial use on site.

The earliest the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury proposes to pass the amending by-law is at an electronic meeting scheduled for Tuesday, April 19, 2022, beginning at 7:00 p.m. All electronic Council meetings will be streamed live and posted for later viewing on YouTube at the Town of BWG YouTube Channel.
