Notice of Intention to Pass a By-Law to Remove a Holding Symbol from Zoning By-Law 2010-050

Take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury intends to pass an amending by-law to remove a holding symbol from Zoning By-law 2010-050, as amended by By-law 2014-45.

The lands to which the proposed by-law applies are located in Block 170 within Registered Plan 51M-1137, Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury, County of Simcoe, as shown on the map below.

The effect of the removal of the Holding (H6) symbol from By-law 2010-050, as amended by By-law 2014-45, is that the lands will be zoned “Residential Two Exception Holding (R2-2*6) thereby permitting the construction of the subdivision in accordance with the Subdivision Agreement.

The earliest the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury proposes to meet to pass the amending by-law is at a meeting scheduled for Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at 7:00 pm.

The Council meeting will be streamed live on the Town’s YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/c/TownofBradfordWestGwillimbury.
