TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury will be holding a public meeting electronically on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at 7:00 pm to consider a new Downtown Community Improvement Plan and new Industrial Areas Community Improvement Plan.

The meeting will be streamed live on the Town’s YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/c/TownofBradfordWestGwillimbury.  (Please note that there may be more than one public meeting and that the matter will be dealt with in the order that it appears on the agenda.)

THE PURPOSE AND EFFECT of this Public Meeting is to introduce updated Community Improvement Plan (CIP) programs – designed to stimulate private sector investment in Bradford West Gwillimbury’s Downtown, Reagens Industrial Park and Artesian Industrial Park – inform the public of the nature of the plans, invite public input and answer questions.

The proposed CIPs allow for a program of financial assistance to eligible registered owners and tenants of lands and buildings within these areas to develop their properties, where such development meets the objectives of each respective plan.

Key maps showing the location of the lands are shown here, and the draft documents are available at www.gotobwg.ca/incentives.
