Take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury passed By-law 2022-86 amending Zoning By-law 2010-050 on the 20th day of September, 2022 under sections 34, 36 and 39 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, in respect of the lands municipally known as 2465 Line 9. A key map showing the location of the lands to which the by-law applies is attached.
The purpose of By-law 2022-86 is to add the Temporary Use “T8” Zone symbol to permit four (4) modified trailers (e.g., park models) to be used for human habitation on the property for a period of three (3) years from the date of passing of this By-law. Any person or public body may appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal (“OLT”) in respect of Council's decision by filing a notice of appeal with Rebecca Murphy, Clerk of The Corporation of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury, 100 Dissette Street, P.O. Box 100, Bradford, Ontario, L3Z 2A7, which must be received no later than November 9, 2022. The notice of appeal must set out the reasons for the appeal and must be accompanied by the OLT form (available from the OLT website at olt.gov.on.ca) and fee of $1,100.00 payable to the Minister of Finance.

Only individuals, corporations, and public bodies may appeal a zoning by-law to the Ontario Land Tribunal. A notice of appeal may not be filed by an unincorporated association or group. However, a notice of appeal may be filed in the name of an individual who is a member of the association or group on its behalf.
No person or public body shall be added as a party to the hearing of the appeal unless, before the By-law was passed, the person or public body made oral submissions at a public meeting or written submissions to the Council of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury or, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to add the person or public body as a party.
