A crash shortly before 10 a.m., this morning, closed a portion of Highway 400 in Barrie and sent one person to hospital with unknown injuries.
All southbound lanes were closed at Highway 400 and Dunlop Street due to a collision on the highway.
OPP Sgt. Kerry Schmidt said the driver of the car was sent to hospital after being rear-ended in slowing traffic.
Three vehicles were involved.
There were no updates on other injuries or possible charges as the investigation is ongoing.
Around 11:30 a.m., Schmidt did say that all lanes are in the process of being reopened.
